Only 17 of EC's List of 105 Political Parties got Electoral Bond Donations

The team of Reporters Collective, which made its mark in the world of investigative reporting, has made a big disclosure about electoral bonds. On behalf of the Reporters Collective, a report by Shrigarish Jalihal, Poonam Agarwal and Somesh Jha on the rigging of electoral bonds has been published on the Article 14 website. This report has revealed that there are more than 2,800 political parties in India, but in the last three years, only 19 political parties have received donations through electoral bonds. Of the total Rs 6,201 crore donations received through electoral bonds, the Bharatiya Janata Party alone has got 68%.
